Yog Sadhna - The path to ultimate bliss

Sadhana is a great medicine for the mind as well as the body. It is a journey of the soul. But for understanding and believing it, to start making things happen, you will have to learn a few things to start with. Very soon, we will be sharing a guided meditation technique with all of you.
One needs to be free from the burden of any kind of expectations, free from fear, free from any kind of ego. Generally many people develop inflated ego, self obsession, and that is okay, it's not a sin, it happens to us humans. But true freedom means freedom from this illusion also. We must be grounded, and for that, we need to observe the breath, be in the stillness and silence of the moment. This silence and stillness is a bit subtle and breath observation is a good start. You can observe it for a few minutes in morning, afternoon, evening and night.
Yoga means simplicity, silence, inner silence, stillness, being in the moment. It feels as if time has stopped. According to me, clock does not tick in a Yogi or Jivanmukta mind. Then silence speaks in its own language. However, for the peak, for the ultimate truth, we have to be patient, wait, keep climbing, and not make it a goal and wait when will it happen. If you start waiting like that, it will create stress, impatience. Then you are not free. Be free. This is the teaching of yoga, the teaching and message of the Guru.
Focus on the practice, on observing the breath. Very soon I will bring some important things to you with its full meaning. You can listen, study, and understand it, soak it in. But till then, you must be ready with lots of days of breath observation. You must be prepared to receive.
I will also try to share if possible how to take the dip into a particular Mantra. It all depends on grace as well as shuddhi or inner cleanliness of seekers. Also, it is ideal to have a physical guru if possible. But it is important to have a realized Guru. If you already have a Guru in whom you have full faith, then it is wonderful. Else for now, you can start walking on this path in this manner also. Don't worry about these things or anything actually. In this path, worry is an obstacle. The goal of this platform is to help your foundation.
So freedom is important. Get rid of all burdens. Start with breath observation, and you can also chant mantra and listen to stotram once a day or before beginning the practice session. Light a lamp in front of yourself. Lamp gives energy. Too many exercises are unnecessary crowd. Just one mantra, one listening, and one meditation to start with. It is ideal to do any sadhana under the guidance and supervision of a realized Guru.
